The new Chevrolet Malibu gives you two ways to get around. The standard 1.5-liter Turbo EcoTec® gets up to an EPA-estimated 36 MPG on the highway and 29 MPG in the city, thanks to Direct Injection, Continuously Variable Valve Timing, and Stop/Start Tech, which shuts the engine down at stops.
Also available is the 250-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoTec that comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission and generates 260 pound-feet of torque. It gets an EPA-estimated 32 MPG on the highway and 22 MPG in the city.
The new Chevrolet Malibu presents a sleek and modern exterior that connects to the road with wheels measuring 16 to 19 inches. LEDs can shine brightly from available headlamps, taillamps, and Daytime Running Lamps. Available Intellibeam® Headlamps switches from high beams to low beams automatically when another vehicle approaches in the dark.
