The salesman was very nice and helpful... However I was very upset i didnt get the well qualified buyer rate. I know i could have because i got it 3 days later at faulkner chevy on monday, when buying a truck. When i asked about it the guy told me that wasnt a thing and they didnt know why it was on the chevy website. That was inaccurate. So in the future I wouldnt return to this dealership because i felt lied to by financial guy that i meant with. I am upset by my rate and when I asked about gm financial that the rate was to be given he told me that I was wrong even when i showed him it on the chevy dealership.

I feel like I was screwed. Services were done that may not have been necessary and that I did not request initially. It cost me 1200.00 for regular service and oil change which I asked for initially. I wanted AC serviced but I don’t think it needed a complete flush. They added a coolant agent which is what it needed. I was waiting in customer lounge for three and a half hours.

I bought a new car and at my first oil change was told that I had a transmission leak. I took it back to the dealership for service and they had my car for five weeks. Gave me an electric loaner without a charger. My car was not fully detailed when I bought it so we asked for it to be detailed after service, I was told it was complete with the detailing completed as well but when I picked it up they had not touched the inside of the car. Very very disappointed.

Service work was good. 8:30 appointment and job finished by 9 . Not happy with the bill. I’m a retired parts counter man. Part 12679099 has a list price of 62.84 and I was billed 67.84. The labor guide is 1 hour to install the part and I was billed 271.35 for labor. The job took 1/2 hour!!

The servicing of my vehicle was first rate. All of the items that I wanted taken care of were. Also, some other maintenance items were due that we took care of as well. I just have one item that I wanted to mention. I didn’t notice this until I got home and looked at the paperwork for the items serviced. I understood all of the charges for the various repairs. I paid by credit card, which I have typically done for all work since I have been using Frederick Chevrolet -Service to service my equinox. I have not noticed this until the most recent visit. I was charged a 3% credit card charge. I was surprised to see that as I have not incurred this fee anytime before.. In addition, no one communicated that there would be this service charge if I used a credit card. I don’t know if you’ve changed your policy or if this is an error. Any feedback you might provide would be appreciated.

This more about GM than the dealership. The car needed an oil change and received notification from on Star with a special price of (little fuzzy about the price since i delated it) $39.99 which seemed low but made the appointment. After the oil change the bill was $95 with tax. Couple of things. As this was the first oil change by the dealer, I thought it would be free. Nope the offer was only good for one year. OK than what about the special from on star. Nope we don't honor that. Very frustrating!

I did not enjoy my service experience. Tires were rotated. Kiosk said $25, charged $30. They are not inflated. Some scratches on my wheels at the lugnuts and the dealer is the only one to have touched my tires. Nothing crazy, just annoying. Oil was at least $20 more than kiosk pricing. Inspection/emission at least $20 more than kiosk price. Told to flush coolant at 30k miles while the manual claims 150k. Seems like this was completely unnecessary. Very unfortunate as I trusted the dealership service department and work but there too many issues here to continue giving them my business.

Waited more than 2 hours in the waiting room for an oil change. As a former automotive tech, I know the flat rate time for my vehicle is one hour at most. My truck's appointment was completed in a timely fashion. However, when I was being waited on, a lady customer came in and the attendant addressed her several times about her visit. Also, I had a tire monitor replaced. The technician noted the tire pressure for all 4 tires and they were not at 35 tire pressure. He could have made sure that the tires were inflated correctly. On this visit, customer service was lacking.

Quite honestly, I’m a bit mad and thinking about emailing your corporate after this survey to DEMAND a free month of pay since you guys FUCKED me for two extra weeks. I was told my car would take two weeks tops. Yeah, I only picked my car up last Wednesday. (03/11/2026 DROP OFF was 02/08/2026 in the evening) That’s a whole fuckin monthnit sat in your lot! After the two weeks, that Tonya woman, her email stopped working for me. Then I called this number which she DEFINITELY called me from and it came up saying; “hello, welcome to Subaru…… the fuck?!? My cars at Frederick Chevrolet!!! That was after two weeks and that’s when I went, okay WHERE THE FUCK IS MY CSR AT?!?!?!!! Cuz after the two weeks, it was like they were afraid to call me or tell me what was up. Yall could have just came out and said, “hey Justin, your cars gonna be here longer then expected”. But ya fuckin didn’t! Oh! And BY THE WAY, before I even dropped my car off to yous. I left her an EMAIL stating that my blow motor went out for my heating and cooling system……. Long story short they said they concluded it wasn’t because of the deer and they couldn’t fix it. The fuck you mean you can’t fix it!? I don’t give a fuck about clauses this that the other. It sat at you fucking shop for a an entire god damn MONTH!!!! And now this woman’s calling me telling me I have to come back to sign something to officially finalize it all. Yeah, you’re fuckin waiting on me now CUZ I HAVE TO FUCKING GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS GOD DAMN WEEKEND TO GET MY HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM FIXED since you guys obviously COULDNT. FUCKING PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! Quite honestly I should get all my god damn money back that I put into this because of shitty and unprofessional it was. Cars not even 100% fixed. 🙄 You know where to fuckin reach me if you’d wanna talk. But you won’t. So I’ll be emailing your corporate here shortly. Have fun!!!! 😁
