Friendly staff, quick service

I had a very good experience with both the body shop and the service department. Unfortunately my new truck was rear ended and needed body work. When I took it to the body shop and the told me the approximate time to fix the damage I asked if they could coordinate with the service department to have the first service completed when they were finished. They did and both processes were completed in two weeks, a shorter time than originally projected. All the people involved with my truck were very professional and treated me with respect.

First thing I noticed when I walked into the dealership, was that it had a very welcoming atmosphere. Since I chose to "Build and Buy" my new vehicle, getting through the process with my salesman Cody and finance guy Hector went very smoothly. It didn't feel like I was just another sale to them which was very impressive to me in this day and age.

The adviser in the dealer mocked me about getting an alignment in a car i bought from you 2 weeks ago. Turns out, it did need an alignment, which I gladly paid for. He was much nicer after the work was done than before.

Excellent Troubleshooting and correction of the Fault on our 2012 Chevy Silverado.

We came in for a basic oil change and Brandon was very polite and answered any questions we may have had. The staff is always welcoming and cordial.

They did an excellent job getting my car in ,and found the problem right away.

The young man that serviced my car was very pleasant. He told me it would take about an hour for my inspection and it took exactly that. He notified me when it was done and checked me out and was very pleasant to talk to. He thanked me also.

My vehicle was professionally diagnosed and repair parts have been ordered. EFI Issue and Plugs and Wire Kit. It's an expensive repair but definitely necessary. Fredericks is a Top Notch Dealership.

First class service

I feel like I was screwed. Services were done that may not have been necessary and that I did not request initially. It cost me 1200.00 for regular service and oil change which I asked for initially. I wanted AC serviced but I don’t think it needed a complete flush. They added a coolant agent which is what it needed. I was waiting in customer lounge for three and a half hours.

The salesman was very nice and helpful... However I was very upset i didnt get the well qualified buyer rate. I know i could have because i got it 3 days later at faulkner chevy on monday, when buying a truck. When i asked about it the guy told me that wasnt a thing and they didnt know why it was on the chevy website. That was inaccurate. So in the future I wouldnt return to this dealership because i felt lied to by financial guy that i meant with. I am upset by my rate and when I asked about gm financial that the rate was to be given he told me that I was wrong even when i showed him it on the chevy dealership.

The service department at Fredrick's is amazing. Nicky is easy to talk to and he has everything organized and moving forward. He always knows what is happening with your vehicle and keeps you informed. I will not go anywhere else to service my Blazer!

I bought a new car and at my first oil change was told that I had a transmission leak. I took it back to the dealership for service and they had my car for five weeks. Gave me an electric loaner without a charger. My car was not fully detailed when I bought it so we asked for it to be detailed after service, I was told it was complete with the detailing completed as well but when I picked it up they had not touched the inside of the car. Very very disappointed.

I knew I wanted a new car. I was really pleased I was allowed to look around with out a sales person swooping down on me right away. When I found the one I was really interested in, he approached me with information about the vehicle. He suggested I take it for a test drive and I was hooked.

Check in was easy and appointment handled in a timely manner. Checkout took a little longer because I made my appointment through the app and asked to use my GM points on my bill. That request didn't show up on the paperwork. They credit was then added.

Service was good on truck. We still have problems with radio going out in our Equinox.

As always, everyone one was so helpful and considerate.

Had to take my car into the dealership to get the body repaired and get it inspected, Art the service manager helped me access the damage on the body and assured me they would take care of it properly and as quickly as possible I received a phone call from him in a few days telling me it was ready. The repairs were perfect and complete, Safety inspection complete and stickered. All in all,everything done as promised, A pleasure to work with him, Arts the one to talk to !!

had my oil changed and then after it was done i got a email telling me i could have a discount on the oil change and now that's funny because i just had it done last week at Frederick Chevrolet and had to pay the full price

I came in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They kept me informed of the progress and are very polite and generous.

The servicing of my vehicle was first rate. All of the items that I wanted taken care of were. Also, some other maintenance items were due that we took care of as well. I just have one item that I wanted to mention. I didn’t notice this until I got home and looked at the paperwork for the items serviced. I understood all of the charges for the various repairs. I paid by credit card, which I have typically done for all work since I have been using Frederick Chevrolet -Service to service my equinox. I have not noticed this until the most recent visit. I was charged a 3% credit card charge. I was surprised to see that as I have not incurred this fee anytime before.. In addition, no one communicated that there would be this service charge if I used a credit card. I don’t know if you’ve changed your policy or if this is an error. Any feedback you might provide would be appreciated.

Service work was good. 8:30 appointment and job finished by 9 . Not happy with the bill. I’m a retired parts counter man. Part 12679099 has a list price of 62.84 and I was billed 67.84. The labor guide is 1 hour to install the part and I was billed 271.35 for labor. The job took 1/2 hour!!

I bought my Malibu there almost 20 years ago, and it is still running. I found their service capable and honest. My only issue is their frequent turnover of staff.

Had vehicle inspected. Everything that had to be done was explained to me. The service advisor Madison Lange was extremely helpful and made sure that I understood everything that had to be repaired. My first time at this dealership and was happy with your customer care.

It was good, I had my truck detailed. They didnt vacuum out the bed rug under the cap as I ask. But the lady that checked me out took care of it.

the car was repaired and is running well but I believed i was over charged for what was done to my car and for that reason i will not be taking my car to be repaired at your facility anymore.

This more about GM than the dealership. The car needed an oil change and received notification from on Star with a special price of (little fuzzy about the price since i delated it) $39.99 which seemed low but made the appointment. After the oil change the bill was $95 with tax. Couple of things. As this was the first oil change by the dealer, I thought it would be free. Nope the offer was only good for one year. OK than what about the special from on star. Nope we don't honor that. Very frustrating!

Ease of doing business.

Problem is back the day after the repair.

Don’t comment about tire wear and rotation when the alignment was way out of spec. And I got charged a 4 wheel alignment and clearly 2 wheel was performed. Not to mention about the 5% credit card fee was not announced.

My salesman Joshua P. was perfect. I went to the dealer with some internet knowledge about what I wanted and the intent to purchase a vehicle but was dreading the long process and hassle of my past experiences at other dealerships. Josh made the process so easy,...No pushing, no rushing and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I viewed and drove, and he was patient during the entire process, even retrieving keys to several vehicles. The whole process was painless and from start to finish I was only at the dealership for about 2 hours. I have had many great compliments about the vehicle and encourage everyone to stop in and see Josh. We are a Chevy family (currently having 3 in the driveway) and will continue to purchase from Fredrich Chevrolet without question.

I appreciated getting an appointment the same day I called to have my tire pressure sensor replaced on the left rear tire.

I did not enjoy my service experience. Tires were rotated. Kiosk said $25, charged $30. They are not inflated. Some scratches on my wheels at the lugnuts and the dealer is the only one to have touched my tires. Nothing crazy, just annoying. Oil was at least $20 more than kiosk pricing. Inspection/emission at least $20 more than kiosk price. Told to flush coolant at 30k miles while the manual claims 150k. Seems like this was completely unnecessary. Very unfortunate as I trusted the dealership service department and work but there too many issues here to continue giving them my business.

Waited more than 2 hours in the waiting room for an oil change. As a former automotive tech, I know the flat rate time for my vehicle is one hour at most. Either someone is losing money or my vehicle was held for ransom. Either way, I kept coming back because I bought my vehicle from there. But looks like I’m finding somewhere else to go.

My truck's appointment was completed in a timely fashion. However, when I was being waited on, a lady customer came in and the attendant addressed her several times about her visit. Also, I had a tire monitor replaced. The technician noted the tire pressure for all 4 tires and they were not at 35 tire pressure. He could have made sure that the tires were inflated correctly. On this visit, customer service was lacking.

I'm scared to drive my vehicle after what happened with the installation of the transmission, and most recently with what happened when I did my oil change, the technician check my air filter and did not replace it properly ,the box was left partially lose. Also I've been in contact with cheverlet trying to get my reimbursement for a a rental car ,however your company told them you paid for the car rental when I had received the invoice, I had to go get a copy from enterprise. Your company does really well on the phone to get customers to come in ,however, your service technicians need to match that with good service on the vehicle .

Julia was amazing! She was extremely accommodating and willing to support all my requests. I don’t drive my vet in rain. She made sure that my car remained in the garage. This was truly appreciated. The 2023 only has 1,100 miles!

They didn't have the state inspection listed as a service even though when I called to make the appointment, I told the lady I wanted inspection, rotate tires and change oil and filter. My husband had to wait over 3 hours to get the services we wanted. He was not happy! I probably will not go back to Frederick Chevrolet for service.

I was very pleased with the service to my Trax and for the fact that Nicky drove me home so I did not have to walk in the cold and wind since my car could not be looked at right away. I appreciate that the problem turned out to be it needed a new battery and not an alternator.

This dealership is awesome. Everyone is so nice and very customer oriented. Salesman Cody was great from my first inquiry to the sale finalization. Would definitely buy from this dealership again!

The customer service was amazing. I was able to complete the paperwork and purchase my car with no complications!

The personnel were courteous and intentional. They kept me abreast of their progress. I also appreciated the Veterans discount.

I brought my car in and it wasn't long until they got me and showed me what was wrong. They could not work on it because they didn't have the parts. I wish they had more loaner cars available. I'm hoping that they will have one when they are doing the work.

I had a wonderful experience with the team. Nassir was great, transparent and very helpful. Hector walked me through the finance process, answered all my questions and made it seamless.

The work was completed in a timely manner. Before that ,the service advisor insinuated that I did not make an appointment for my appointment. When I said I did and had done it online he said I should have called. He also told me that I must have used the "old" system and not the "new" one. I am not sure why there are "two" systems to make an appointment online. He then asked if I received a confirmation. I showed him the confirmation email. He became very defensive. I have done business with Frederick Chevrolet for many years and bought a least 6 cars from you but I will not be coming back.

I very much appreciate the service on my Trax. I was kept up to date with what needed to be done. While I did not purchase my car at Frederick's they are always willing to service it. Many" Thanks" to the service staff!

They diagnosed my car and showed me exactly what was needed. They ordered the parts and Brandon worked with me and got me a loaner. Definitely happy with the service. First time I have been there, but it won't be my last.

Everything was fully explained on the transmission flush process. I was done within 90 minutes and it seems to be a successful flush. No issues driving to work this morning.

The young lady at the service desk was very helpful, friendly and informative. As a senior citizen that was greatly appreciated.!

Quick appointment scheduling

Before my truck was finished being serviced the service writer informed me that I had 2 other services that were needed and asked if I wanted them taken care of while I was there, which I said if you have the time, yes go ahead and take care of those services. I appreciated them asking me about those services and doing them right away.
